Terms and Conditions

• 50% deposit and signed contract to reserve date.

• Remainder due on day of rehearsal.

• Deposit is non-refundable.

• Mileage will be charged at a rate of .345 per mile

• Allow at least 8 - 12 weeks for completion.  During peak periods (spring and fall) please allow longer completion times.

• Client receives one DVD copy of all raw footage and one DVD copy of edited video 

• If sickness or emergency renders Pink Lizard Productions unable to perform the services agreed upon, Client will be refunded all payment. Pink Lizard Productions will be under no further obligation to Client.

• Pink Lizard  Productions will take utmost care to produce a DVD, or tape of excellent quality; however, we will not be responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, power failure, equipment malfunction, and defective tape stock. If taping is prevented due to such occurrences, Client will be refunded all deposits paid.
